Here are some new concepts I've been developing for Industry City. I've been trying to include more graphic elements that can be seen from a distance as well as incorporate some comedic relief for all the hard workers who will be surrounded by my art.

Studio Space at Industry City

Watercolors

I've been enjoying my new studio space at Industry City quite a bit and have even had the time to work on some of my personal artwork. All three pieces are watercolor, spray paint and acrylic on 18 x 12" watercolor paper. Still intrigued by these letter forms!

Colson Menu & Blue Marble Sign

I finished up the food hall murals for Industry City today with a blackboard menu for Colson's Window Patisserie and a sign for Blue Marble's headquarters.  It's been a while since I've sat down and free-handed that much text in one sitting, and in chalk no less! Concept art for some upcoming murals to come...

New Job

Since working with Zachary Kahn on the Industry City mural, I have been hired full-time by Industry City as their Resident Artist to continue painting signs, murals and more throughout their buildings! Here are some photos of the in-progress work I've been doing to complete the food hall mural. More to come!
